Eko Joe was founded by Claire Cooke, who had a son named Joe who passed away. His dream was to contribute to society and the Earth with holistic offerings, and eco-friendly services to leave behind a legacy of health, well-being and community.
Over the last few years, Claire and others have been growing a community in Blaby that facilitates an open cafe, allotments, organic produce, environmentally friendly products, and a wide range of classes and workshops all based around health and healing.
